Fender Custom Shop ’63 Jazzmaster Relic, Cimarron Red

Take a journey back to the early ’60s with the 1963 Jazzmaster Relic from Fender Custom Shop’s Time Machine series. This electric guitar authentically captures the vibe of an original ’63 Jazzmaster that’s been lovingly played for decades.

The 2-piece select alder body and quartersawn maple neck are finished in a nitrocellulose lacquer for that aged, worn-in feel. The fretboard is made of smooth 3A rosewood and has 21 narrow tall frets. Vintage-style tuning machines with Fender logos and an RSD Jaguar/Jazzmaster bridge round out the hardware.

For classic Jazzmaster tone, it features a Custom Shop Hand-Wound Jazzmaster neck pickup and Custom Shop Hand-Wound Jazzmaster bridge pickup. The pickups are controlled by a 3-position toggle switch, a 2-position slide switch for lead/rhythm tones, master volume and master tone knobs.
