The Blue Note OD is a completely organic and woody overdrive that is similar, in some ways, to the classic tube screamer circuit, but with a whole lot more drive at your disposal. The Blue Note OD takes that classic organic overdrive tone and adds some excellent tonal shaping options that will bring out the subtleties and dynamics of your playing and your guitar and amp.
